4.4 Safety Devices
The following safety devices are provided and may not be modified in any way.
Pressure relief valve
The pressure relief valve protects the machine from excessive pressure. It is preset at the factory.
Check valve
The check valve prevents the flow of compressed air from the air receiver back to the compressor
block when the machine is stopped.
Enclosures and covers
Enclosures and covers over moving parts and electrical connections protect against accidental con‐
tact.
