1. Disconnect the connecting socket from the valve.
2. Unscrew the fitting and elbow with damper.
3. Remove the defective valve.
When fitting the solenoid valve make sure the direction of flow is correct as indicated by the
arrow on the body.
4. Screw the fitting and elbow with damper into the new solenoid valve using sealing tape.
5. Fit the solenoid valve into the compressed air pipe again.
6. Open the user's shut-off valve between the machine and the air network
7. Start the machine and visually check for leaks.
10.16 Option K5 / K6
ECO-Drain automatic condensate drain
The condensate accumulating in the air receiver is removed by an automatic drain.
The condensate drain cannot be cleaned. The service unit must be changed if condensate does not
drain.
Regularly inspect the condensate drain as described below and maintain as necessary.
10.16.1 Checking condensate drainage
The inspection is performed with the machine running. The LED lights as soon as condensate begins
to drain.
Precondition Machine running under LOAD.
