2. Unscrew the fitting.
3. Remove the valve plug to separate the solenoid valve from the power supply.
4. Replace the defective solenoid valve and connect the new one to the power supply.
When fitting the solenoid valve make sure the direction of flow is correct as indicated by the
arrow on the body.
5. Fit the new solenoid valve and seal in the piping.
Condensate does not drain or only drains partially?
The dirt trap is clogged.
➤ Clean or change the dirt trap.

10.17.3 Cleaning the dirt trap
The trap prevents contamination of the solenoid valve.
Material Compressed air for blowing out
Precondition The power supply disconnecting device is switched off.
The disconnecting device is locked in the off position.
A check has been made that no voltage is present.
The machine is fully vented, the pressure gauge on the air receiver reads 0 bar.
The user's shut-off valve between the machine and the air network is closed.

1. Close the shut-off valve upstream of the condensate drain.
2. Remove the screw plug.
3. Remove and clean the gasket or O-ring.
4. Remove the strainer and blow clean.
5. Re-assemble all parts and tighten the screw plug.
