Refer to paragraph 7.8 to check the error indicated by the info code. If “INFO” = 0, ensure the flow direction matches the arrow on the flow sensor. If “INFO” = 4, 8 or 12, inspect the temperature sensors; replace the sensor set if they are defective.

Ensure the sensors are mounted correctly. Additionally, the heat/cooling cutoff might be configured too low. Reconfigure it at a suitable value or configure it at 180°C to disconnect the cutoff function.

  If the temperature indication is a little too low, or the accumulation of energy (e.g. MWh) is slightly too low on your Kamstrup Measuring Instruments, it might be due to bad thermic sensor contact, heat dissipation, or sensor pockets that are too short. Place the sensors at the bottom of the sensor pockets, insulate the sensor pockets, or replace them with longer pockets.
