(v3.32) Rev1B Corrections
Section 2.6: Added 230V R housing peak unit dimensions and weight.
Section 2.7: Corrected drive / motor wiring diagrams - removed line contactor.
Section 2.8: Corrected part# on page 31.
Section 4.2: Corrected the X6C / X6D pin out - A-/B+ for RxD and TxD were backwards.
Section 4.8: Updated 4.8.1 - a .txt le can be created by pressing F4.
Section 5.12: Updated 5.12.2 - adjust internal pretorque by delaying the pattern using
LT02 & LT03. Added section 5.12.4 Digital Pretorque description; 5.12.5 updated
Predictive Synthetic Pretorque - the function now works for either commanded
direction.
Section 6: Corrected ETS description - if using Analog control and the command
speed goes below the LS01 speed, the drive will continue at leveling speed.
Section 6.2: Updated LI50 Easy Direction to include Serial Speed control modes.
Claried that the function is not available for Bi-Polar Analog control.
Section 6.3: Corrected the torque limit curve diagram to show LM24. Removed LM26.
Section 6.7: Claried LL15-LL16 Overspeed Test description - command speed will
not be scaled for Analog or Serial control modes if LL15= 2 - controller will command
overspeed level.
Section 6.8: Corrected default setting of LC32 - should be 0.5%
Section 6.9: Corrected LT02 description - the LT01 timer is not part of the total
control hold off time.
Section 6.12: Updated CH01 description - default settings are created by the user
using US05= 8(Create OEM default)
Section 6.16: Added DG79,DG93,DG94 to the DG parameter list and table. Corrected
DG51 status table - Tune Pole Post value should be 102.
Section 7.2: Corrected Analog Signal Failure description - removed Serial Speed
Modes. Corrected Modulation Grade Limit description - refers to LM22 but should
refer to LM24. Added solution: reduce LM25 eld weakening speed. Added solution
to error low motor current section: increase LC32.
Section 8.2: Corrected crossover parameters - LM22, LM24,.LM25, LM26, LC12,

Initial Start Up: Added instructions on how to upload/download LCD keypad
parameters.
Section 6.2: Updated UPS Operation Easy Direction information and LI50 UPS
Mode to include Open Loop Easy Direction function (OLED). Added 125% load NTS
test function.
Section 6.8: Updated LC01 control settings information related to OLED function.
Section 6.9: Added parameters LT15 AFE HV Idle Time, LT30 OLED Run Time and
LT31 OLED Constant Speed Delay to timer parameters. Section 6.15: Corrected the
PDI / PDO ow chart - the PDO section was reading as PDI.
