5 Commissioning
5.1 Notes for operation
CAUTION! Damage to the device due to incorrect installation conditions!
The device may be irreparably damaged due to detrimental ambient
conditions during operation.
Forthisreason
• Moisturemustnotbeallowedtoenterthedevice
• Theremustnotbeanyaggressiveorconductivesubstancesintheambientair
• Foreignbodiessuchasdrillingchips,screws,washersetc.mustnotbeallowedtofallinto
thedevice
• Coolingopeningsmustnotbecovered,i.e.coolingairmustbeabletoowunhindered
throughthedeviceandthemainsconnectioncomponents.

5.2 Initial commissioning
(operation via terminals)
The commissioning of the supply unit is described in the following. During this process
the device is controlled via the control terminal X4. The setpoint for the DC link voltage is
specied internally as a xed value. Commissioning is divided into the following steps:
