ensured by the user. On this issue pay attention in particular to the require-
ments in chapter 3.5 / 4.2.2 / 4.2.3 / 4.5
A.4 Hydrological data for the liquid cooling
CAUTION! Damage to the device due to condensation on the cooling plate
• Carelessness can cause condensation on the cooling plate and as a
consequence irreparable damage to the device!
Thetemperatureofthecoolingplateisnotallowedtobemorethan10°Cbelowtheambi-
enttemperature.
NOTE:
Adequate heating of the water chiller is to be provided by the customer.

Corrosionprotectionthrough:10-20%volEthyleneglycol
Limit concentrations:
Calcium <50ppm
Magnesium <50ppm
Totalalkalineearthions <100ppm
Chlorides <25ppm
Sulphates <25ppm
Soiling
Thecoolantmustbeaspureaspossibletoensurethechannelsarenotclogged.With
asuspendedmatterconcentrationofmorethan15mg/dm³,continuouspurication
isrecommended.
Coolanttemperature
Thecoolanttemperaturecanbebetween5°Cand40°C.However,thecoolant
temperaturemustnotbemorethan10°Kbelowtheambienttemperaturetoprevent
condensationontheheatsink.
