Input signal frequency shift
caused counter overflow
The FM tolerance of the input signal frequency exceeded ±50% during
the current measurement gate.
+321 Measurement timeout occurred
The time allotted for an individual measurement to complete was
exceeded. The default time out is 1 s. The time out is set from the front
panel under ‘Utility’ -> ‘Instr Setup’, or using the
SYSTem:TIMEout command:
+322 Measurement overflow occurred
A totalizing count (continuous or gated) exceeded the upper range of
10

events.

Not allowed; Instrument
locked by another I/O session
A lock (SYSTem:LOCK:REQuest?) was requested from another I/O
interface.

Cannot use overload as math
reference
An overload value (9.91E+37) cannot be used as a reference for the
NULL, PCT, PPM, and PPB scaling functions.

Cannot use zero as math
reference for PCT, PPM, or
PPB scaling functions
A zero (0) value cannot be used as a reference for the PCT, PPM, and
PPB scaling functions.
+580 No valid external timebase
An external time base frequency other than 1, 5, or 10 MHz is applied to
the counter, or the external time base frequency is incorrectly specified
by the SENse:ROSCillator:EXTernal:FREQuency
conmmand.
+600 Internal licensing error
An error occurred during installation of the Option 150 (Pulse
Microwave Measurements) license. The license was not installed.
Contact Keysight.
+601 License file corrupt or empty
The .lic file specified for installation contains corrupted data or is
empty. Recopy the Option 150 license file to the USB drive and repeat
the installation process.
+602
No valid licenses found for
this instrument
The Option 150 .lic (license) file could not be located among other
.lic files on the USB drive.
+603
Some licenses could not be
installed
The .lic (license) file could not be installed due to an incompatible
model number or serial number, or no licenses found were applicable to
the instrument.
+604 License not found
When initiated from the instrument front panel to install the Option 150
license, no .lic file was found.
