AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR UNITS EVO-T; EVO-T COMPACT
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Alarms
Alarm
type
System response, action / Alarms list
A_Trec Blocking
Inspection of air exhaust temperature sensor operation
downstream the heat recovery:
Normal condition – no alarm, sensor connected
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, sensor disconnected or faulty
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check
the sensor and its connection to the ELP11R19L BAC+ controller,
determine the problem source, once the alarm source is eliminated
the alarm is reset automatically and the system resumes operation

Blocking
Inspection of air supply temperature sensor operation
downstream the preliminary heater (if active in ‚Service/Se-
tup/Preliminary heater/Operation permit – active’ menu):
Normal condition – no alarm, sensor connected
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, sensor disconnected or faulty
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check
the sensor and its connection to the ELP11R19L BAC+ controller,
determine the problem source, once the alarm source is eliminated
the alarm is reset automatically and the system resumes operation

Inspection of correct operation of the heaters return water
temperature sensor:
Normal condition – no alarm, sensor connected
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, sensor disconnected or faulty
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check the
sensor and its connection to the controller, determine the problem
source, once the alarm source is eliminated, conrm the alarm and
start the system

Tmain
Blocking
Master temperature sensor operation inspection:
Normal condition – no alarm, sensor connected
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, sensor disconnected or faulty
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check the
sensor and its connection to the ELP11R19L BAC+ controller, deter-
mine the problem source, once the alarm source is eliminated the
alarm is reset automatically and the system resumes operation
The input depends on the master sensor selection
Misc Alarms

SupFC
Fading
Communication inspection of the controller and air sup-
ply fan inverter or EC motor controller:
Normal condition – no alarm, correct communication
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, incorrect communication
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check
the inverter and its connection to the ELP11R19L BAC+ control-
ler or air supply EC motor controller, nd out the problem source,
once the problem is eliminated the system resumes operation
automatically.
A_Com-
SupFC2
Fading
Communication inspection of the controller and air sup-
ply fan secondary inverter or EC motor controller:
Normal condition – no alarm, correct communication
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, incorrect communication
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check
the inverter and its connection to the EELP11R19L BAC+ control-
ler or air supply EC motor controller, nd out the problem source,
once the problem is eliminated the system resumes operation
automatically.

Communication inspection of the controller and air
exhaust fan inverter or EC motor controller:
Normal condition – no alarm, correct communication
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, incorrect communication
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check
the inverter and its connection to the ELP11R19L BAC+ con-
troller or air exhaust EC motor controller, nd out the problem
source, once the problem is eliminated the system resumes
operation automatically.

A_Lo-
wTemp
Blocking
Inspecting suciently high air supply temperature:
Normal condition – no alarm, air supply temperature is maintained
above the min level
Alarm condition – alarm triggered, air supply temperature below
preset level within dened time
Response to the alarm condition: the system is stopped, check the heat
exchangers and system operation, once the problem is eliminated
conrm the alarm and start the system.
A_Col-
dRec
Fading
Frosting inspection of heat recovery air exhaust part using
the temperature sensor:
Normal condition – no frosting, temperature high enough
Alarm condition – frosting present, temperature too low
Response to the alarm condition: the system operates, heat recovery
actuation is reduced, once the alarm disappears the system operates
with heat recovery if temperature adjustment is required, if the alarm
does not disappear for a longer time, check the heat recovery system
and revert it to the condition before the alarm occurred.
Sensor input PT4
Normal condition – no frosting, pressure dierence downstream and
upstream the heat recovery is lower than the one set on the pressure
gauge, no 24VAC signal at digital input
Alarm condition – frosting present, pressure dierence downstream
and upstream the heat recovery is higher than the one set on the
pressure gauge, 24VAC signal at digital input
Response to the alarm condition: the system operates, heat recovery
actuation is reduced, once the alarm disappears the system operates
with heat recovery if temperature adjustment is required, if the alarm
does not disappear for a longer time, check the heat recovery system
and revert it to the condition before the alarm occurred.
