4.5.2 CLEANING THE KOBOLD MP440
MATTRESS FRESHENER
After the cleaning process, Lavenia residue may be
stuck to the nubbed disc which impairs functionality
during subsequent use.
1. Check the nubbed disc for residual dirt after
every mattress cleaning.
2. Vacuum up the Lavenia residue with the Electric
Suction Hose, Flexo Nozzle or Soft Nozzle.
The nubbed disc can also be removed in order to
clean it under running water.
Proceed as follows:
1. Attach the Mattress Freshener
to the Electric
Upholstery Brush
.
2. Turn the nubbed disc to release it (bayonet
closure)
.
Note the symbol (lock) on the nubbed disc.
3. After cleaning and drying the nubbed disc, rein-
stall it by turning it in the opposite direction
.
The nubbed disc can only be removed if the
Mattress Freshener is mounted on the Electric
Upholstery Brush.
