– Attach the spark plug connector 8.
– Plug in the connector of the engine coolant temperature sensor 9.
– Position the oil pressure sensor and mount and tighten screw bk.
– Detach connector bl of the oil pressure sensor.

– Reconnect connectors bm of the gear position sensor, the crankshaft position sen-
sor, and the alternator.

– Push the throttle valve body into the intake flange.
– Position and tighten hose clip bn.

– Position the electrical connection on the starter motor.
– Mount and tighten screw bo.
Guideline
Screw, cable on starter motor M5 3 Nm (2.2 lbf ft)
– Position the ground wire on the starter motor.
– Mount and tighten screw bp.

– Insert the clutch push rod.
– Position the clutch slave cylinder.
– Mount and tighten screws bq.

– Mount the engine sprocket with the chain.
– Position the new lock washer and mount nut br but do not tighten yet.

– Position the rear wheel.
– Mount the chain adjuster and nut.
– Push the rear wheel forward so that the chain adjusters are on the tensioning
screws, and tighten the nut bs.

Nut, rear wheel spindle M25x1.5 90 Nm
(66.4 lbf ft)
