3. INSPECTION/ADJUSTMENT

MX’er SYSTEM
Turn the adjusters in or out until the
specified free play is obtained.
Turning adjusters in that the free play is
increased.
Turning adjusters out that the free play is
decreased.
The difference between both clearances
should be 2 mm or less when front brake is
applied.
Tighten the lock nuts.
REAR BRAKE
Measure the rear brake lever free play.
Free Play: 1020mm
If the free play do not fall within the limit,
adjust by turning the adjusting nut.
HEADLIGHT AIM
Turn the ignition switch ON and start the

Make sure that the

rake does not drag
after adjusting.

