HEADLIGHT REMOVAL
Remove the headlight connector wire.
Remove the two bolts on the headlight.
EXHAUST MUFFLER
REMOVAL
Remove the two bolts attaching the exhaust
muffler.
Remove the two exhaust muffler joint lock
nuts.
Remove the exhaust muffler joint packing
collar.
When installing, first install the exhaust
muffler packing collar onto the engine and
then install the exhaust muffler.
Torque:
Exhaust muffler lock bolt: 3.23.8kgf-m
Exhaust muffler joint lock nut: 0.8

Be sure to install a new exhaust muffler
packing collar.
