CPS
Wire Set Plate
Install the CPS on the right crankcase/
Tighten the bolts attaching the CPS.
Torques :
CPS : 0.5 kg-m
Stator : 0.9 kg-m
Connect the A.C. Generator Wire Connector.
Install the Wire Set Plate.
A.C. Generator Wire Connector
Connect the A.C. generator wire connector.
Universal holder
Woodruff Key
Clean the taper hole in the flywheel off any burrs
and dirt.
Install the woodruff key in the crankshaft keyway.
Hold the flywheel with the universal holder and
tighten the flywheel nut.
