Document List
The document list is a list of the documents stored in the custom box. Documents can be listed either by name or
as thumbnails. The list can be used as shown below.

1 Select/deselect more than one document at a time.
2 Selecting documents by checking checkboxes.
3 Display the details for the selected document.
4 Sorts the file name, date and time and size of data in ascending/descending order.
5 A document can be searched for by Name.
6 The menu for document operations will be displayed.
7 Switches between list display and thumbnail display.
