4 Check the storing image.
5 Press the [Start] key.
The original is scanned and the data is stored in the USB drive.
Check the USB Drive Information

In the USB Drive screen, select [USB Info].

Once you confirm the information, select [Close].
Removing USB Drive
IMPORTANT
Be sure to follow the proper procedure to avoid damaging the data or USB drive.

Display the screen.
[Home] key > [USB Drive]

Select [Remove USB].
When "USB Drive can be safely removed." is displayed, select [OK] then remove the USB drive.
NOTE
USB drive can also be removed via Device Information.

Tapping the USB drive icon shown at the top of the touch panel and selecting [Remove USB] allows you to
safely remove the USB drive.
