Corrective Actions
Check the sender’s email address and the email address on the signature certificate, and correct the email
address(es).
Other error code "Job is canceled. Press [End]." is displayed

Press [End] and restart the machine.

If it occurs repeatedly, write down the error code displayed on the touch panel and contact the service
representative.
