Detailed Settings of FAX Functions > Encryption

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [FAX] > [TX/RX Common] > [Encryption Key Registration]

Configure the settings.
1 Select the [Icon] of an unregistered encryption key.
2 [Encryption Key] > Enter the 16-digit encryption key > [OK]
3 To register other encryption keys, repeat Steps 2-1 to 2-2.

Finish registration.
Select [End].
Changing Registration Contents of Encryption Key

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [FAX] > [TX/RX Common] > [Encryption Key Registration]

To edit.
1 Select the [ ] of the encryption key you want to change.
2 [Encryption Key] > Enter the 16-digit encryption key > [OK] > [Yes]
3 To change other encryption keys, repeat steps 2-1 to 2-2.

Finish changing.
Select [End].
Deleting Registration Contents of Encryption Key

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [FAX] > [TX/RX Common] > [Encryption Key Registration]

To delete.
1 Select the encryption key you want to delete.
2 Select [ ].
3 Select [Yes].
This deletes the encryption key.

Finish deleting.
Select [End].
NOTE
Use numbers (0 to 9) and alphabetical letters (A to F) to register the encryption key.
