Fax receipt can also be notified by e-mail instead of checking the receipt result report.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [Report] > [Result Report Setting] > [RX Result Report] > [RX Result Report Type]

Select the Destination.
Select from the address book
1 [E-mail] > [+] > [Address Book]
2 Select the destination from the Address Book and select [OK].
Enter the E-mail address
1 [E-mail] > [+] > [Address Entry]
2 Enter the address of the destination and select [OK].

NOTE
This setting is displayed when the [FAX RX Result Report setting] is [On] or [Error/Storing in Box].

E-mail notification is provided when an error occurs or
a sub-address fax is received.
