Use the keypad to enter the 4-digit management code.
The factory default setting is “3100”.

It is possible for you to change the 4-digit management
code. (See “Changing the management code” on
page 7-60.)

Once the “Print report menu” screen is displayed, press the
key of the report that you want to print out.

• Make sure there is 11" × 8 1/2" [A4] size paper loaded in
one of the drawers[cassettes] when you print out a
status report.
• If you press the “Toner coverage” key, the 4 different
toner coverage reports will be printed out together.
