7.3 Connection of Hydraulic System
Attention, danger of injury!
Establish the hydraulic connection between tractor and
machine only when the hydraulic system is depressurised.
Hydraulic fluid can escape at high pressure.
Daily visual inspection of the hydraulic system for leaks,
chafe marks, ageing and functional reliability. Defective parts
must immediately be replaced by original spare parts.
Maintenance and repair work on the hydraulic system may
only be carried out by hydraulic experts.
Even in case of normal stress, tubes and hoses are subject
to natural ageing. They can therefore be used only for a
limited period of time. Hydraulic tubes should not be used for
more than six yours!
Do not lay the hydraulic tubes between tractor and machine
with small radii to avoid pinching and fatigue of the tubes
when driving through bends.
Clean coupling parts of the hydraulic hoses with clean cloth.
Plug coupling parts of the hydraulic hoses into the bushes
of the tractor.
In case of single-acting connections: Set tractor control
valve on tractor to "Lower":
Check hoses and tubing regularly for damage, ageing and
operating reliability.
Defective parts must immediately be replaced by original
WELGER spare parts.
Note!
Hydraulic oil temperature: maximum 85 °C.
Hydraulic oil flow rate: about 35 l/min (maximum 70 l/min).
Max. operating pressure of the hydraulic system: 210 bar.
Note!
