Predelivery Checklist
Perform these checks and adjustments prior to delivery to your Customer. The completed checklist should be retained by
either the Operator or the Dealer.
CAUTION
Carefully follow the instructions given. Be alert for safety related messages that bring your attention to hazards and
unsafe practices.

Check for shipping damage or missing parts. Be sure all
shipping material is removed.

Check for loose hardware. Tighten to required torque. 6.1 Torque Specifications, page 109
Check that shipping stands have been correctly removed from
the DWA deck.

Check and adjust front skid to correct height above the
draper. Tighten securing nuts.

Check and adjust rear deflector to correct height above the
draper. Tighten securing nuts.

Check external draper roller seal condition. Seal should be
secure and without gaps.

Check that deck and linkage pivot points are properly
greased.
