2.9.4 Installing Tank Overflow Hose Extension: M205
The hydraulic tank overflow extension is integrated into the fuel overflow system on M205 windrowers.


1. Locate hydraulic hose (A) and fuel tank overflow hose (B).
2. Pull fuel tank hose (B) out from clamp (C).
3. Using supplied plastic tee fitting (D), join the hydraulic
overflow and fuel overflow lines:
• Hose (B) connects to the 3/8 in. tee branch with smaller
gear clamp (E).
• Hose (A) connects to the 5/8 in. tee branch with larger
gear clamp (F).


4. Attach the extension hose to the plastic tee fitting using
another, larger gear clamp.
5. Route textension hose (A) alongside of the windrower
frame, and secure it to the existing hoses with cable tie (B)
as shown.
