To enable the group call pickup via web user interface:
• Click on Features->Call Pickup.
• Select Enabled from the Group Call Pickup list.
• Click Confirm to save the change.
To configure the group call pickup code on a global basis via web user interface:
• Click on Features->Call Pickup.
• Enter the group call pickup code in the Group Call Pickup Code field.
• Click Confirm to save the change.
To pick up a call in the group:
• Pick up the handset.
The GPickup soft key appears on the LCD screen.
• Press the GPickup soft key on your phone when a phone in the group receives an incoming call.
The call is answered on your phone.
