• You can configure a programmable key as a group pickup key via web user interface only. Relevant
instructions to do that have been mentioned above. You can pick up a call by pressing the group pickup
key directly.
• The directed call pickup code and group call pickup code are predefined on the system server. Contact
your ITSP for more information.
