1. The calibration sequence is started.
WARNING:
The selected drive moves.
Do not grasp moving parts or anything close to them.
2. The drive is automatically moved to the servo-center
position.
Once the servo-center position is reached, the sequence
automatically continues with step 3.
Note:
If the center position is not reached, the servo-center
transducer itself must first be checked. The parameters of
the
1y.4 Servo-Center, page 7-10
must then be checked and
reset, if required.
3. The value for the first limit must be determined. To do this
move the drive with the arrow buttons to the position of the
first limit.
4. The value for the opposite limit must be determined. To do
this move the drive to the position of the opposite limit.
5. The menu displays a recommended distance between the two
limits. This value is to be checked and corrected if necessary.
6. The calibration of the encoder was successful and the
settings can be saved.
1y.5.1._.2 Travel Length
The
Travel Length
menu is used to correct the calibrated travel
path of the encoder.
The measured distance is to be entered into this menu.
Note:
The encoder must be calibrated before this parameter can be set
