Program Identification (PI)
PI is an individual identifier for
each radio station, and it is this
identifier that allows the AF
feature to switch between
frequencies to maintain audio
quality.
Program Service (PS)
PS is the method used to display
the station name, or an
abbreviation of it, on the radio
screen.
Switching between systems
You can switch between
systems, i.e. from Phone to
Media, using the MCC. For more
information, see MCC control,
page 7.
