contactanMGAuthorisedRepairerimmediatelyfor
repairs.

DONOTattempttoremove,install,modify,
disassembleordisposeoftheseatbelts.Have
anynecessaryrepairscarriedoutbyyourMG
AuthorisedRepairer.Inappropriatehandling
mayleadtoincorrectoperation.
Ensurenoforeignorsharpobjectsbecome
lodgedintheseatbeltmechanisms.DO
NOTallowliquidstocontaminatetheseat
beltbuckle,thiscouldaffectthebuckle
engagement.
Seatbeltsshouldonlybecleanedwithwarmsoapywater.
DONOTuseanysolventtocleantheseatbelt.DONOT
attempttobleachordyetheseatbelt,itmayweakenthe
seatbelt.Aftercleaning,wipewithaclothandallowto
dry.DONOTallowtheseatbelttofullyretractbeforeit
iscompletelydry.Keepseatbeltscleananddry.
Iftherearecontaminantsaccumulatedintheretractor ,the
retractionoftheseatbeltwillbeslow.Pleaseuseaclean
anddryclothtoremoveanycontaminants.
ReplacingSeatBelts
Collisionaccidentsmaydamagetheseatbelt
system.Theseatbeltsystemmaynotbe
abletoprotectusersafterdamagewhichmay
resultinseriousinjuryorevendeath.After
anaccident,seatbeltsshouldbecheckedand
replacedasneededimmediately.
Seatbeltsshouldnotrequirechangeafterminorcollisions,
however,someotherpartsoftheseatbeltsystemmay
