BlindSpotDetection(BSD)
Whenthevehicleisdrivingforward,thesystemwill
monitorformotorvehicleslocatedintheblindzonesof
theleftandrightexteriormirrors.Whentheconditions
foractivatingtheblindspotdetectionfunctionaremet,the
correspondingwarninglampswillilluminate.Subsequent
operationoftherelevantindicatorwillcausethewarning
lamptoashtoremindthedriverofanapproaching
vehicle.
Theconditionsforactivatingtheblindspotdetection
functioninclude:
1ReardriverassistancesystemisintheONstateand
nofaultsarepresentinthesystem.
2Blindspotdetection(BSD)functionisenabled.
3Thevehiclespeedisabove20mph.
4Therearemotorvehiclesintheblindzoneofthe
vehicle.Thesystemmonitorsboththeleftandright
