Whenthevehicleisdrivingforward,thesystemwill
monitorformotorvehiclesapproachingrapidlyinthe
adjacentlanes.Whentheindicatorsareactivated,andthe
conditionsforactivatingthelanechangeassistfunction
aremet,thesystemwillashtherespectivewarninglamp
towarnthedriverofanapproachingvehicle.Thisaimsto
helpavoidcollisionswhenchanginglanes.
