•Lightsideimpactssuchasamotorcycle.
•Impactsthatarenotcentraltothesideofthevehicle,
eithertoofartowardtheenginecompartmentorthe
loadspace.
•Thevehiclerollingover .
•Frontalcollisionatananglewithguardbars.
•Theangledimpactisnotofsufcientforce(theimpact
iswithanobjectthatisnotsolid,suchasalamppost
orcentralbarriers).
•Theimpactisnotofsufcientforce(withanother
vehicle,stationaryormoving).
•Theimpactisfromtherearofthevehicle.
DisablingthePassengerAirbag
Thepassengerairbagswitchislocatedintheleftfascia
panelendcovertrim.Insertthekeyandrotatetheswitch
totheonoroffpositiontoenableordisablethepassenger
airbag.
Note:ThePassengerAirbagshouldonlybedisabled
whenarearfacingchildseatisttedtothefront
passengerseat.
