Precautionsandrestrictedconditionsfor
useofbattery
Ifthevehicleisnotgoingtobeused,parked,
orstoredforalongtimeitisnecessaryto
chargethevehicleatleastonceevery3
months.Duringthistime,theHighVoltage
batterystateofchargeshouldnotbeallowed
todropbelow50%.
Failuretofollowtheseguidelineswillresult
inHVbatterydamageandinvalidatethe
warranty.
DONOTattempttodismantlethebattery
packoranyHighVoltagecomponents-
THESEAREDANGEROUS.Anysignsof
dismantlingordamagecausedbyattempts
todismantlewillinvalidatethewarranty.
1DONOTparkthevehicleinconditionswherethe
ambienttemperatureexceeds45°Cformorethan15
days.Thiswilleffecttheperformanceandservicelife
ofthehighvoltagebattery.
2Itisrecommendedusingthevehicleatleastoncea
month.
Wherepossibleitisrecommendedthatyoucarry
outa5-hourslowchargeeverymonthtoextendthe
servicelifeofhigh-voltagebatterypack.Ifthevehicleis
notinuseforalongtime,makesurethattheelectricity
chargelevelofhigh-voltagebatterypackisdisplayedas
35segmentsontheinstrumentpackgauge;ifitis
notinuseformorethan3months,youmustconduct
anequalisationchargeforhigh-voltagebatterypack.
Thebatterymanagementsystemwillmonitorthe
statusofthehigh-voltagebatterypack;after
monitoringforaperiodoftime,ifanequalisation
chargehasnotbeencarriedoutforsometimethe
messagecentreintheinstrumentpackwilldisplay
‘PleaseSlow-ChargetheVehicle’.Atthistimeyou
mustcarryoutanequalisationcharge.Foroperation
mode,pleasereferto‘EqualisationCharging’in
‘Starting&Driving’section.
