61851andIEC62196areusedtoconnecttoyour
vehicle.
UsinganACchargingdevice:
1EnsurevehiclepowersystemisOFFandalldoorsare
closed.
2Openthechargingportdoor,removethewaterproof
blankingplugfromthechargingplugconnector.
3Plugthecablefromthechargerpointintothevehicle.
Lockthevehicle.
4Aftercompletingcharging,unlockthevehicleand
disconnecttheplugfromthevehicle.
5Ensurethechargesocketisfreefromdebris,tthe
waterproofplug.Closethechargingpointdoor.
Note:Ifatanytimeduringthechargingprocessyou
shouldwanttocheckthestateofcharge,pleaseswitch
thevehiclepowersystemtotheONposition.thehigh
voltagebatterystateofchargewillbedisplayedinthe
messagecentreintheinstrumentpack.
Note:Ifthevehicleisunlockedduringthecharging
process,chargingwillbesuspended.Chargingwill
resumewhenthevehicleisre-locked.Ifchargingdoes
notautomaticallyresumeafterlockingthevehicle,
itmaybenecessarytoremoveandretthecharger
cable.
ResidentialCharging
Y ourvehiclewillhavebeensuppliedwitharesidential
chargingdevice.Thisdevicecanbepluggedintoastandard
household3pinsocket.
Duringthechargingoperationthevehiclepowersystem
mustbeOFF .Carryoutthefollowingproceduretocharge
thecarusingthechargersuppliedwiththevehicle:
1EnsurevehiclepowersystemisOFFandalldoorsare
closed.
