2Standby:FunctioninStandbystate;thefunctionis
activatedbutthevehicleisnotparked.Oncethe
vehiclehasstopped,andallotherconditionsaremet,
thesystemwillautomaticallyselectPark.
3Parking:FunctioninParkedstate.Inthisstatethe
greenlampintheinstrumentpackilluminates.
Withthedriver'sseatbeltfastened,thedoorclosedand
thepowersystemoperating,presstheautoholdswitchto
switchtheautoholdfunctionfromOfftoStandbystate.
Withthebrakepedalrmlypressedandthevehicle
completelystopped,theautoholdfunctionwillswitch
fromtheStandbystatetotheParkingstate.
WhentheautoholdisintheParkingstate,engagingDorR
andpressingtheacceleratorwillautomaticallyreleasethe
autoholdfunction.
Insomecircumstancessuchasreleasingtheseatbelt,
switchingoffthepowersystemorremainingstaticfora
lengthoftimeitwillresultinthevehicleexitingtheauto
holdParkingstate.Atthistimetheelectronicparking
brakewillremainappliedandwillrequirethedriverto
releaseitusingtheswitch.
Note:Withthebrakepedalpressed,operatingthe
switchtoturntheautoholdoff,thesystemwillNOT
applytheparkingbrake.
Note:Itisrecommendedtoturnofftheautohold
functionwhenreversingintothegarage.
