Theoperatinginterfaceforthespeedassistancesystem
islocatedintheinfotainmentdisplay.Enterthevehicle
settinginterfacetolocatethedrivingassistoption,scroll
acrossthepagetondthesettinginterfaceforthespeed
assistancesystem:
1T ouchthecorrespondingbuttonontheinfotainment
displaytoselectthespeedassistmode:speed
limitinformationfunction,manualspeedassistand
intelligentspeedassist.
Speedsettingsofmanualspeedassist:
Afterthemanualspeedassistfunctionisenabled,thespeed
limitvaluecanbesetbyusingtheadaptivecruisecontrol
leverasfollows:
1Movingthecontrolleveruptoadjustthespeed
limit.Afterthespeedlimitvalueisdisplayedinthe
instrumentpack,presstheSETbutton(3inthe
gurebelow),themanualspeedassistfunctionwillbe
activated.WhenpressingtheSETbutton,iftheactual
speedvalueissmallerthansetting,thespeedlimit
valuedisplayedintheinstrumentpackwillbedened
assetting.Iftheactualspeedvalueislargerthan
speedlimitadjusted,thespeedlimitvaluedisplayed
intheinstrumentpackwillbedenedasthecurrent
actualspeedandroundedtothenearestvalueof
5mph(62mphwillbedenedas65mph).Thespeed
rangeis20mph-80mph.Movingtheleverupordown
oncewillincreaseordecreasethespeedlimitvalueby
5mph.Holdingtheleverupordownwillcontinuously
changethespeedlimitvalueinunitsof5mph.
2Afterthemanualspeedassistfunctionisactivated,
thesystemwillactivelyinterveneandkeepthevehicle
speedwithinthetargetspeedlimit.Ifthecurrent
actualspeedexceedsthetargetspeedlimitvalueset
bythedriver,thesystemwillreducethespeeduntillit
isbelowthetargetspeedlimit.
3Afterthemanualspeedassistfunctionisactivated,the
drivercanpresstheSETbutton(3inthegurebelow)
ontheadaptivecruisecontrollevertoreinstatethe
systemtostandbystate.PresstheSETbuttonagain,
themanualspeedassistfunctionwillberesumed.
