Ifthislampilluminatesorashes,itindicates
thattheseatbeltforthedriverorfrontpassengerremains
unfastened.
Thisvehicleisequippedwithrearseatbelt
warningstoremindyoutoensureanyrearseatpassengers
havefastenedtheirseatbelts.Thededicatedwarninglamp
consistsofthe3sections,1foreachrearseatposition,
itwillilluminateredoneveryignitioncycleandremain
illuminateduntilapre-setspeedisreachedandaftera
pre-settimeperiod.Ifall3rearseatbeltsarefastened
thislampwillextinguishimmediately.Wheneachindividual
rearseatbeltisfastenedthecolourofthatparticularseat
beltwarninglampwillchangefromredtogrey,theother
seatpositionswillremainilluminatedred,all3seatbelt
warninglampswillextinguishafterthepre-setspeedis
reachedandthepre-settimehasbeensurpassed.

Thislampilluminatestoindicateafaultinthe
SRSorseatbeltfailurehasbeendetected.Inthiscase,
pleasestopthevehicleassoonassafetypermits,shut
downthepowersystemimmediately,andcontactanMG
AuthorisedRepairerforserviceattheearliestopportunity.
AnSRSorseatbeltfaultmaymeanthecomponentsmay
notbedeployedintheeventofanaccident.

red,pleaseusethecorrectkeyorputthesmartkeyat
thebottomofthecentreconsolecupholder .Forspecic
position,pleasereferto"AlternativeStartingProcedure"

WiththeSTART/STOPSwitchintheON/READYposition,
iftheremotekeybatteryislow,thislampashes,please
replacethebatteryassoonaspossible.
