Here, changing method of the temperature set in the
setting mode is explained.

characteristics of the media you use.
The temperature of the heaters has been set to "OFF" as

Appropriate temperature adjustment can be made because
the temperature can be adjusted even during printing.
It may take several minutes to tens of minutes for the set
temperature to be reached, depending on the ambient temperature.

Note on test printing
Test Printing
Print a test pattern to check that there are no discharging
defects such as nozzle clogging (slight touching of ink or
nozzle missing).
In addition, you can select the orientation of the test
pattern to print from two types in order to perform test
printing repeatedly. Select one depending on your use.
Use this machine under 20 to 30C. The
temperature may not reach the set value due to
the environmental temperature condition.
The TS300P has two heaters (POST1, POST2) in
the machine, and an optional fan heater.
Normally, printing is possible at ±3°C of the set
temperature. However, the heaters are easily
affected by heat from other heaters, so printing is
possible using the following specifications.
Press [FUNC3] (OFF) in Step 2 to turn all heaters OFF.
Or, press [FUNC1] to raise the POST1/POST2
heaters in 10°C increments.
Heater
type
Heater specifications
POST1
Maximum set temperature= 50ºC
(However, a temperature higher than POST2
cannot be set.)
Heat from POST2 affects this heater, so you
print even if the upper temperature range is
more than 3ºC.
POST2
Maximum set temperature= 60ºC
If you have installed the optional fan heater, the
optional fan heater affects this heater, so you
print even if the upper temperature range is
more than 3ºC.
When using leaf media, set a media of more than
A3 size put horizontally. If a media with narrow
width is set, printing will only be conducted to
midway.
When using a roll media, rewind the media by
hand before printing so that it is not loose. When
the roll media has not been rewound tightly, it may
cause image quality to deteriorate.
Check before test printing.
If a media has been set P.2-4
If the origin position has been set
If the head gap has been adjusted P.2-4
If the necessary settings have been configured for nozzle
recovery P.4-13
