6.4.4.3 Carry out a first start of MiVoice Office 400
The following sequence carries out a first start of MiVoice Office 400 application.
Note:
A first start deletes all the configuration data already stored and replaces it with the default values of
the sales channel. Therefore, always back up the configuration data before a first start. The system-
specific data such as the system ID, system type, sales channel, software generation and IP address
of the system are preserved.
1. Restart the SMB Controller with the Restart button in the SMB Controller Manager System reset view.
• All applications are closed and the SMB Controller starts up again
OR
Shut-down the SMB Controller with a long click (> 5s) of the pilot key (CTRL)
• All applications are closed and SMB Controller changes into the shut-down mode and stays there for
1.5 minutes before it starts up again.
2. Press the pilot key (CTRL) while F0 lights up green during start up (pattern #unique_205/
unique_205_Connect_42_id1987C0PI0E6 on page 218).
• As confirmation the F0 - F6 LED are rapidly flashing green 4 times (pattern [12]).
• The first start is carried out.
• The SMB Controller loads the system software and runs in normal mode.
• The SMB Controller loads the MiVoice Office 400 application and a few seconds later you are able to
reach the MiVoice Office 400 communication server showing the WebAdmin first access view.
