shall not be treated as household waste.

Purpose of this manual (Descriptive scope)
This manual explains the system configuration, specifications, setup for measurement, etc.,
primarily for the measuring main unit. It does not give the description of measurement and
analysis of contour.
For detailed information about measurement and analysis, refer to the “Training Manual” and
“Analysis Program Operation Guide” supplied with the software.
