3. The following message is displayed during the detection of the Z1-axis zero-position.
The data of the Z1-axis zero-position is stored in the measuring main unit. Even after
exiting from the analysis software, the origin point of the detector is kept as long as the
power of the measuring main unit is on. In this case, restart of the analysis software does
not cause the origin setup of the detector to be performed.
3.5.2 Origin setup for X-axis
The origin setup of the X-axis will be performed when the analysis software is started.
1. If the origin setup of the X-axis is needed, the dialog box [Detection of the Origin ]
appears after the Z-axis zero-position detection is complete.
2. Confirm that there is no obstacle such as a workpiece within the moving area, and
click the [OK] button. The zero adjustment for the X-axis will start.
The X-axis origin point is located at approx. 104 mm.
Operations of this system shall be performed after zero adjustment for each axis. If the
initial configurations by zero adjustment for each axis are not completed, this system
may make actions not according to operator's intention and cause an accident.
