3.7.2 Moving the stylus in the up/down direction
(1) Pressing the stylus switch on the measuring main unit allows the stylus to move.
• Up switch
Fixes the stylus at the top position. (stylus in hold state)
• Hold switch
Fixes the stylus at the position specified through the analysis software.
(stylus in hold state)
Default: 0 mm
• Down switch
Cancels the stylus fixation. (stylus in free state)
(2) Movement can be performed through the analysis software.
Refer to the user’s manual of the analysis software for further information.
