3.10.4 Measurement result processing
The measurement results will be processed with the analysis software,
"FORMTRACEPAK". Refer to the user’s manual of analysis software for further
information.
3.10.5 Repeated measurement of same workpiece
For repeated measurement of the same workpiece, the measurement procedure can be
created in the teaching mode of the analysis software, "FORMTRACEPAK", and
measurement can be repeated in the procedure execution mode for plural parts. Refer to
the user's manual of the analysis software for further information on the creation of the
measurement procedure and the procedure execution mode for plural parts.
• When creating a procedure for repeated measurement of the same workpiece, input
a command to move the measuring main unit to a measurement start position before
starting measurement. When returning to the measurement start position is
performed by the auto-return function, the measurement start position may be
displaced because displacements due to returns are accumulated.
• When replacing the workpiece using the quick up/down adjusting handle to retract
the measuring main unit, the use of positioning stopper allows the unit to be
repositioned at the same height without difficulty.
