• Placing objects or your hands on the machine cover could become the cause of an
accident. Don't place any objects near the machine.
• Do not touch this machine during operation. The unit is a motor-driven measuring
machine. To prevent your hands or objects being accidentally pinched during
measurement, do not go near the machine while it is operating.
• When performing the maintenance, be sure to unplug the power cord for safety.
If the maintenance is performed while connecting the power cord, it may cause electric
shock.
• Do not pull the power cord when unplugging it, as this may damage the cord and cause
fire or electric shock.
• Do not insert or pull out the plug with wet hands, as this may cause fire or electric shock.
• Do not bring the power cord close to the heated equipment, as this may melt the
sheathing of the cord and cause fire or electric shock.
• For the battery used equipment only
Use only specified battery. If the unspecified battery is used, it may cause fire or injury
due to the explosion or leaking, etc., of the battery.
When installing the battery in the equipment, set the battery poles correctly by following
the instruction of the equipment. If the battery is installed incorrectly, it may cause fire or
injury due to explosion or leaking, etc., of the battery.
• Do not exert external forces to the machine, as this may cause failure, damage or
deterioration in accuracy.
• When installing/replacing the accessories, do not pinch or hit the finger, as this may
cause injury.
• Be sure to use the specified accessories in the user’s manual for the machine. If the
unspecified accessories are used, it may cause fire, electric shock or failure.
