3． Z2-axis column unit
This is a guide for vertical travel of the X-axis drive and the Z1-axis detector in the
Z-axis direction.
3-1. Z2-axis fine feed wheel
Manually moves the X-axis unit vertically.
Rotate the wheel while pressing it towards the left. The X axis moves
approximately 0.7 mm per rotation.
CAUTION
•Do not touch the fine feed wheel while the detector is being electrically moved via the
joystick or PC. The wheel is rotated by the rotating force of the motor, and thus
dangerous conditions may result.
4． X-axis drive unit inclination wheel
This unit tilts the X-axis unit and Z1-axis detector according to the workpiece, to set
an angle so that the stylus ascends easily. The tilting angle range is between 45
degrees in the plus direction (clockwise) and 45 degrees in the minus direction
(counterclockwise).

This scale indicates the inclination angle of the X-axis unit.
