From late 2011, MOBOTIX will oer some special functional boxes that can be directly
connected to a D14D camera via the MxBus, Mini USB or Ethernet interfaces and will
extend the camera’s range of applications.
All functional boxes are equipped with the Outdoor PatchBox’s weatherproof and extremely
compact outer housing (protection class IP65, -30°C to +60°C/-22°F to +140°F), which
means they can be installed in the space of the Outdoor Wall Mount. MOBOTIX is currently
developing additional functional boxes to supply power and extra storage.
