TheITXmotherboardsuppliesthegraphicstothetouchscreendisplay,toremove.-
1.Switchthemainspoweroff.
2.Cutcabletiesandunplugtheallplugs.
3.Unscrewthefourfixingscrewsattachingtheboardtotheplateandremovefromthe
machine.
Note.theRAMshouldstaywiththeboard.
Refittingisareverseproceduretotheabove.
IfusingtheexistingUSBstickthemachinecalibrationwillbeasbeforebutusinganew
stickwilllosethesettingsandwillmeanrecalibratingthemachine.
ThissuppliespowertothemaincontrolPCBandthegraphicinterfaceITXcontrolboardandis
locatedasabove.
5voltsDCisusedasthecontrolcircuitand12voltsDCisutilisedfortheSafetycircuit.
Switchthemainspoweroff.
Removethefourposipanheadscrewssecuringtheflangesandwithdrawslowly.
UnplugallplugsfromthePSUflyingleadsandremovetheMiansconnector.
Replacementisthereverseprocedure.
