Usingatestsheet,andkeepingthesheetedgeincontactwiththefixedsidelay,manually
feedthesheetthroughtheinputrollersandthecreasingbladesuntilthesheetcanbeseen
protrudingfromthem.
Looktoseeifthecreasingbladesaresquaretothesheetleadedge.Ifnot,itmaybe
necessarytoadjustthe'bladebolts'tocorrectthem.CompletetheCreaseBiassection
beforemakinganyadjustments.
Toadjustthe'bladeset'followthisprocedure;
Laysideadjustment
Tomovethecreasingmatrixtowardsthedelivery,theupper'bladebolt'shouldbe
rotatedclockwise,andthelower'bladebolt'shouldberotatedanti-clockwisebyan
equalamount.
Tomovethecreasingmatrixtowardstheloadingtable,theupper'bladebolt’
