Tosetupthecreasebias,usethefollowingprocedure;
20.1.Setmachineto'SetbyFold',HalfonK1,
andturnoffK2inthetoolsmenu.

20.2.Marktheleadedge(withpen)ontopsideofthetestsheet.
20.3.Runasingletestsheetandcollectfromtheupperfoldchute.
20.4.Withthesheetfaced'UP'andtheleadedgeawayfromyou,foldthesheetinhalf,
onthecrease,byliftingthetailedgeandfoldingtomeettheleadedge.
Atthispointyouneedtoanalysethesheettoseeifthe'Bias'iscorrect(seeFIG.20below).
IfanadjustmentrequiredpleaseensureboththeoperatorandtheLaysidebladebolts
areadjustedbythesameamount.Itisonlynecessarytoadjustthe'blade'portionofthe
creasingmatrix
-Whilstcheckingthecreasebiasseeifthesheethasfoldedsquarely,ifnot,
adjustthesquarenessfirst,(Seepage77).
IftheBiasisthewrongway(seeFIG.20),simplymovethebladetowardsthedeliveryend,
thisisdonebyusingthefollowingprocedure:-
20.5.RotatetheOperatorSide'bladebolt'anti-clockwise.(Asyoulookatit)
20.6.RotatetheLaySide'bladebolt'clockwise.(Asyoulookatit)
