7.15.3 Water level probe (3-in-1 rod electrode) – Check
Preconditions
System is put out of service and emptied.
WARNING
Fuels are combustible.
Risk of fire and explosion!
Avoid open flames, electrical sparks and ignition sources.
Do not smoke.
Water level probe (3-in-1 rod electrode) – Check
1. Disconnect plug from water level probe.
2. Unscrew water level probe.
3. Disconnect plug from water level probe.
4. Immerse water level probe into a tank filled with water until water level reaches the thread.
Result: Water drain valve opens.
5. Leave water level probe in tank.
Result: Alarm must be triggered with the preset delay.
6. Disconnect plug from water level probe.
7. Remove water level probe from tank.
8. Screw in water level probe.
9. Connect plug for water level probe.
10. Put the fuel treatment system into operation.
