Select the address book to add the information to (shared or personal), and click

[Add] in “Add to the address book”.
Register the information to the address book on the new destination settings

screen.

Copying Existing Destination to Register a New Destination
You can copy destination that is already registered to register a new destination.
You cannot copy multiple destinations at the same time.
Log in to OfficeBridge as a user.

Click [User Information], and then [Address Book].

The “Address Book” list screen is displayed.
Select the checkbox of the destination you want to copy.

Click [Duplicate].

The “Registration” screen is displayed with the copied settings entered for the destination.
Change the settings to those for the new destination to register.

Click [Save].

The display returns to the “Address Book” list screen.•
Press [Back] to cancel registering the destination and return to the “Address Book” list •
screen.
